 oth Bookings All Booths are 3m x 3m. Vendor must provide their own gazebo\
 , tables\, chairs and setup. No infrastructure (e.g. tables\, coverings\, 
 or electricity) will be provided unless separately arranged. Limited elect
 ricity access available at an extra charge of R250\,00. Setup time from 08
 :00AM on each event day. Stall must be fully operational by 10:30AM daily.
  No vehicles allowed inside the event space after 10:00AM. Breakdown must 
 be completed by 5:30PM each day. Payment terms: Full payment is required t
 o confirm your stall booking. Premium Stall: R850/day or R1500 for both da
 ys Standard Stall: R650/day or R1200 for both days. Payments are non-refun
 dable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If you want to apply
